Krupa & Co. is a full service accounting firm specializing in accounting, tax, estate, and financial planning. For over thiry years we have served clients in northern Ohio and across the nation. We have special emphasis in executive coaching and team building, helping our clients develop a management structure to help achieve their corporate and business goals.
Our firm services a broad range of clientele with particular emphasis in servicing small to medium size organizations in a multitude of industries. Our best efforts are directed toward servicing closely-held corporations, partnerships, non- profits, individual proprietorships and individuals. Our firm enjoys a reputation for providing quality service in a progressive manner.
Specifically, we provide services to clients in the broad and basic categories of accounting and taxes. However, our main objective is to expand those categories beyond the basics to offer advice in corporate and business planning, tax planning, estate planning, financing, management consultation, human resource, and other business-related matters. We desire to assist our clients in reaching their business and personal goals by offering imaginative and constructive suggestions.

The Team
Gary Krupa
Gary, a CPA has worked in public accounting since 1972. He works with closely held businesses in the areas of accounting, tax, business succession planning, estate planning, manufacturing, accounting, executive coaching, work outs, representation before the Internal Revenue Service, Department of Labor, wage and hour and other state and local tax agencies..
He has and accounting degree from Cleveland State University and a Master of Science in Taxation from the Washing Institute of Graduate Studies. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant he is a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
Angela Koch
Angie, a CPA has worked in public accounting since 1989. She has been a partner and an owner of public accounting firms since 1998. She works with closely held business in the areas of accounting, tax, and financial management.
Industries she represents include manufacturing companies, auto dealerships, real estate, distribution, travel agencies, service companies, restaurants, machine shops, Indy Race Car Teams and Drivers, aircraft leasing and works with the technical side of the motion picture and TV industry.
Angie is a member of the Ohio Society of CPA’s and received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace College and a Master of Science in Taxation from the Washington Institute for Graduate Studies
